What is the selection process for this programme? How long does it last? Where can it be accessed? Is it only for employees of the Celsa Group™ or can it be accessed from the outside by sending in a CV? External candidates are clearly differentiated from the programmes addressed to potential employees. Is there any economic compensation once one is accepted into the programme in the case of its being accessible for potential employees? Does acceptance ensure me a post in the Company or to reach that level from the inside?
