Our Graduate Program comprises seven stages in which, under the care of our managers, you will learn all about what the Celsa Group™ stands for, participating in various multi-disciplinary projects and attending our development programmes.

In order to give you a complete view of what we do in our Group, you will form part of a complete multi-disciplinary and geographical rotation programme which will allow you to work in the different functional areas and acquire international experience.
